Top Remodeling complies fully with the TCPA and all Do Not Call regulations to protect consumer rights and privacy.
DNC Compliance
- We honor all opt-out and DNC requests within 10 business days.
- You can opt out by emailing contact@topremodelingpro.com or replying “STOP” to a text message.
- We do not contact individuals listed on the National Do Not Call Registry unless prior consent was given or there is an existing business relationship within the last 18 months.
TCPA Compliance
- We only use autodialers and pre-recorded messages where permitted by law and with prior express written consent.
- We do not send unsolicited texts without consent.
- Calls are made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time unless otherwise requested.
Exemptions
- We may contact individuals regarding service inquiries, appointments, or contractual matters.
- Contact may also occur if an existing business relationship is present.
Reporting a Violation

Enforcement
Non-compliance by employees or third-party partners will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
